Every production will record the adjustment parameters of the injection molding machine to ensure the traceability of the product information
After the plastic parts are put into storage, the QC team will randomly check the finished products to ensure the combination of the products and the production list.
For the assembly part, there will be an operation manual in each part of the assembly process. And at the end of each assembly part, there would be a QC to check whether the product is correctly assembled.
After the order confirm, we would produce a 3D printing sample and a non-customized pre-order sample (POS) to you. The 3D printing sample could help you confirm the shape of the product, and the non-customized pre-order sample (POS) could help you confirm the quality of the product.
A pre-production sample (PPS) would be sent to you, to make sure the product is following your design.
Before we ship the product a pre-shipment sample (PSS) would be sent to you for final approve.
